National Alcohol & Liquor Factory is a state owned business enterprise and pioneer factory established by public enterprises proclamation number 25/91 and by councile of Ministers regulation number 74/92 (as ammended by no 415/2017). The factory comprises two branch factories and one service giving branch , which was once established and owned by individuals in different periods..
